Dispute Resolution Decisions. 11.5.1 If the release of Deposits under Section 9 is determined in dispute-resolution procedures to have been proper, Escrow Agent shall promptly deliver, in accordance with the instructions specified in Section 9.3, any Deposits that have not previously been delivered. 11.5.2 If the release of Deposits under Section 9 is determined in dispute-resolution procedures to have been improper, the party(ies) receiving the Deposits shall promptly return or destroy, at Registry Operator's discretion, the Deposits received under Section 9.
