Division Manager. If the grievance is not resolved in Step I, the grievant may notify his/her division manager either orally or in writing of the grievance. Within ten (10) working days of being notified of the grievance, the division manager shall meet with the grievant, investigate the alleged grievance, and provide the grievant an answer. Note: This step of the process should be repeated when two levels of management exist between the immediate supervisor and the Department Head.
