Docking Crew Minimum. The Parties agree to waive the contract provisions on "call-out" with respect to the Docking Crew under the following conditions: (a) When an employee is called in, after his/her regular shift, to dock or undock a vessel, he/she shall be paid a minimum of two (2) hours at the overtime rate in Clause 10.1. (b) There shall be no requirement to remain on the job doing other work for the unexpended period of time under two (2) hours. (c) There shall be no splitting of the regular shift or overtime rates will apply to a minimum of a full shift.
