Common use of Doctor’s Appointments Clause in Contracts

Doctor’s Appointments. Educators may use one-half sick day leave for the purpose of health appointments. Any absence of more than three and one-half hours will be deducted as a full day’s leave from the educator’s available sick leave.

Doctor’s Appointments. Educators Teachers may use one-half sick day leave for the purpose of health appointments. Any absence of more than three and one-half hours will be deducted as a full day’s leave from the educatorteacher’s available sick leave.

Doctor’s Appointments. Educators Teachers may use one-half day sick day leave for the sole purpose of health appointments, provided that application for such leave be presented, in writing, twenty-four (24) hours prior to the day of leave. Any absence of more than three and one-half hours will be deducted as a full day’s 's leave from the educator’s teacher's available sick leave.
