Document Requests. From time to time, we are in need of documents from the Municipality and their officials/employees. Some typical document requests would be Board of Review minutes, L-4029 millage rate forms, or other similar documents. We have found that it may take numerous requests to retrieve these documents from the Municipality. In the event of a duplicate requests, we reserve the right to invoice for the additional time spent attempting to collect documents. Our office is held to a standard by the state of Michigan, however, this information is the Municipalities responsibility to get to our office in a timely manner.
