Documentation of Expenditures. The Agency shall track and document the expenditure of the Funds in order to substantiate that the Funds were, in fact, expended only on the Services.

Documentation of Expenditures. The Borrower shall provide DEQ with written evidence of materials and labor furnished to and performed upon the Project and such receipts for the payment of the same, releases, satisfactions and other signed statements and forms as DEQ may reasonably require. DEQ will disburse funds to pay Project costs only after the Borrower has provided Cost Documentation satisfactory to DEQ that such Project costs have been incurred (whether or not already paid by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) and qualify for reimbursement under this Agreement and the CWSRF Program rules.
Documentation of Expenditures. The County shall require Palcare to provide the City and the County with a written invoice for disbursement of amounts in the Trust Account not less than thirty (30) days prior to the day such funds are needed. Contractor shall not release funds to any subcontractor for reimbursement of costs until it has received adequate documentation from the subcontractor that such expenditures are reasonable and allowable under the subcontract. All documentation must remain on file at Contractor’s office.
Documentation of Expenditures. The Partner's eligible expenditures claimed in the monitoring reports must be supported by copies of received invoices, accounting documents, bank statements, or other documents proving the payment of eligible expenditures. Personnel costs must be supported by payslips, timesheets, employment contracts, and other relevant documents if applicable. The Partner must provide the Beneficiary with such expenditure documentation that enables the Beneficiary to fulfill all obligations towards the grant provider. Eligible expenditures incurred within the project must be identifiable, verifiable, and properly recorded in the Partner’s accounting system. All invoices and other documents proving payment of eligible expenditures must be duly stored and kept by the Partner for the period prescribed by applicable legal regulations.

  • Allocation of Expenses The provisions of this Section shall not affect any agreement that the Company and the Selling Shareholders may make for the sharing of such costs and expenses.
