Documents and Notices Sample Clauses

The "Documents and Notices" clause defines the procedures and requirements for delivering formal communications and documents between parties under an agreement. It typically specifies acceptable methods of delivery, such as email, postal mail, or courier, and may outline when a notice is considered received, for example, upon delivery or after a set number of days. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear, agreed-upon process for exchanging important information, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes about whether and when communications have been properly made.
