DOCUMENTS COMPRISING THE BID. 11.1 The bid prepared by the Bidder shall comprise the following components: (a) A Bid Form and Price Schedule completed in accordance with ITB Clauses 12 and 13 (to be submitted along with financial proposal); (b) Documentary evidence established in accordance with ITB Clause 15 that the Bidder is eligible to bid and is qualified to perform the Contract if its bid is accepted; (c) Documentary evidence established in accordance with ITB Clause 16 that the goods to be supplied by the Bidder are eligible goods and conform to the bidding documents.
