DRAWINGS AND DOCUMENTATION. Regardless of any markings or statements on drawings and/or other documentation provided with purchased equipment, Buyer shall have the right to share such drawings and/or other documentation with vendors and potential vendors in order to maintain and purchase replacement parts for the equipment.
DRAWINGS AND DOCUMENTATION. (a) Any descriptive and shipping specifications, drawings and particulars of weights and dimensions submitted by the Seller with a quotation or tender, and any statement, description, illustration or other information in the Seller’s, price lists and other advertising matter are intended merely to give a general idea of the Goods, are approximate only and do not form part of the contract, tender or quotation. (b) Any studies, drawings or other documents submitted by the Seller to the Purchaser remain the property of the Seller and constitute the confidential information of the Seller, and the Purchaser shall not use them for any purpose other than that stipulated in these terms and the purpose for which they are supplied. (c) The Purchaser hereby covenants not to disclose to any person without the previous consent in writing of the Seller any information described per clause 11(a) and (b) or other materials, procedures, trade secrets, records, accounts, market and publishing knowledge (“the trade information”) supplied by and relating to the Seller, the Seller’s machinery, customers of the business or any other matter relating to the Seller or the goods which the Purchaser may be provided, by or at the request of the Seller, nor will the Purchaser attempt to use the trade information by any of its agents, servants, employees, or any associated parties and will upon demand by the Seller forthwith as required by the Seller destroy or return any of the trade information supplied and capable of destruction or return. (d) If the sale is not completed, or Offer not accepted any studies, drawings or other documents submitted with the Seller’s Offer shall be returned to the Seller within 14 days of expiry of the Offer. (e) Following agreement to buy and sell Goods, if the Purchaser requests and at its expense, the Seller may (in its discretion) provide to the Purchaser certified drawings. (f) Any performance figures stated in the tender or quotation are subject to the recognised tolerance and rejection limits applicable to those figures. (g) Drawings and documentation supplied by the Company are standard technical commercial literature.
DRAWINGS AND DOCUMENTATION. 2.4.1 The Consultant shall provide reports immediately after completing the assigned task for Engineer’s approval. All data, drawings and documents prepared under this project shall, after being approved by the Engineer, become the property of the Engineer and shall be at the sole disposal of the Engineer. Such data, drawings and documents shall not be subsequently altered without the prior permission of the Engineer. 2.4.2 The Consultant shall prepare all the engineering drawings of the structures required for the assessment of the structure, if not available. These will be transferred to PWA in both electronic form and original hard copy by the Consultant. Consultants are required to employ computerised methods in carrying out the work. All surveys, drawings or documents produced by the Consultant shall be recorded in digital form; the Consultant shall provide the Engineer with copies of these records in an Assets Affairs approved format. 2.4.3 The Consultant shall be responsible for obtaining the necessary approvals and release/clearance certificates from the relevant Public Works Authority’s concerned Department. 2.4.4 The Consultant shall have all the facilities like design software’s, tools and equipments required for the assigned task. The staff deployed by the Consultant shall be fully conversant with the preparation of digital designs and As-built records of the type specified in the contract for the works.

DRAWINGS AND DOCUMENTATION a) Consultants are required to employ computerised methods in carrying out the work. All surveys, drawings or documents produced by the Consultant as required shall be recorded in digital form, the Consultant shall provide (if required) the Engineer with copies of these records in the Consultant’s approved format. Drawings shall be in a format suitable for input to the latest version of AutoCAD and agreed in advance with Building Affairs. All documentation provided by the Consultant will be provided into the P6 Primavera/ Expedition project monitoring system implemented and updated daily by the Consultant. b) All data, drawings and documents prepared under this project shall, after being approved by the Engineer, become the property of the Engineer and shall be at the sole disposal of the Engineer. Such data, drawings and documents shall not be subsequently altered without the prior permission of the Engineer. The Consultant is to obtain copies of the following, become familiar with and keep available at all times for reference: a) The general conditions of contract for the construction works. b) Contract drawings, specification and bills of quantities. c) Employer’s health and safety policy requirements and the approved health and safety plan. d) Quality management plan, contractor’s method statement, quality control checklists, verification forms. e) Copies of standing orders or other instructions applicable to the project.
DRAWINGS AND DOCUMENTATION. All drawings and technical documentation with relation to the installed system, the components, and manufac- turing is the property of Fire Eater A/S and may not be copied, reproduced, and may not be made available to 3rd parties without the written consent of Fire Eater A/S. Such materials are solely and exclusively to be used for the operation of the supplied system(s) or in- stallation and operation of the supplied component(s), and any other use is prohibited. Any use of drawings, documentation, or supplied parts with the purpose to make functionally identical items is prohibited. At the time of delivery Fire Eater A/S shall make available adequate documentation for the operation and main- tenance of the supplied installation and/or equipment. Fire Eater A/S is not obliged to supply drawings and instructions related to the manufacturing of the sup- plied parts and/or spare parts.

Such data, drawings and documents shall not be subsequently altered without the prior permission of the Engineer.
DRAWINGS AND DOCUMENTATION. 10.1 Client acknowledges that any drawings, specifications and plans provided to Client by ECS and any statement, description, illustration or other information in ECS’s catalogues, websites, price lists and other advertising matter are intended merely to give a general idea of the Goods and/or Services and will not, unless otherwise agreed in writing, form any part of this agreement. 10.3 ECS may, if requested by Client and at Client’s expense, provide Client with certified drawings. 10.4 Client acknowledges that any drawings, specifications and plans provided to Client by ECS remain the property of ECS and constitute the confidential information of ECS and that Client must not use them for any purpose other than in accordance with these terms nor disclose them to third parties. 10.5 If a tender, proposal or quotation is not completed, Client must return to ECS any studies, drawings or other documents submitted with ECS’s offer within 14 days of ECS’s request for for such documentation/information. 10.6 Any performance figures stated in a tender, proposal or quotation are subject to the recognised tolerance and rejection limits applicable to those figures.
DRAWINGS AND DOCUMENTATION. 16.1 Customer acknowledges that any drawings, specifications and plans provided to Customer by Planet Ark Power and any statement, description, illustration or other information in Planet Ark Power or related entities’ catalogues, websites, price lists and other advertising matter are intended merely to give a general idea of the Products and/or Services and will not, unless otherwise agreed in writing, form any part of this Contract. 16.2 Planet Ark Power may, if requested by Customer and at Customer’s expense, provide Customer with certified drawings. 16.3 Customer acknowledges that any drawings, specifications and plans provided to Customer by Planet Ark Power remain the property of Planet Ark Power and for part of the confidential information of Planet Ark Power and that Customer must not use them for any purpose other than in accordance with these terms nor disclose them to third parties.
