DUPLICATE FILES. The provisions of this Article shall not prohibit the District from maintaining materials which are duplicates of personnel file material or non-derogatory material referring to the members at other locations (e.g., with the supervisor); however, the District may not base employment decisions on materials not contained in the faculty member’s personnel file.
