Common use of Early Implementation Clause in Contracts

Early Implementation. Sony may, in its discretion, implement all or any part of the settlement relief delineated in Sections III.A and III.B of this Agreement prior to the applicable deadlines set forth herein. The obligations detailed in Section III.C of this Agreement shall not be implemented any earlier than the Final Effective Date.
