Effective Date Duration and Renewal. This Agreement shall take effect on February 15, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), and terminate on the five-year anniversary of the Effective Date, unless terminated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement will automatically renew in one-year intervals, unless either party gives 90 days’ written notice prior to the end of the current term.
