Common use of Effective Date Duration and Renewal Clause in Contracts

Effective Date Duration and Renewal. This MOU shall take effect on date of execution, and shall terminate on January 31, 2022, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 10, Termination and Default. This MOU may, upon mutual agreement and according to the terms of the existing MOU, be renewed every two (2) years for a period not to exceed a total of six (6) years.
