Common use of Effective Date of Appointment Clause in Contracts

Effective Date of Appointment. This Sub-advisory Agreement will come into force on the date on which the Sub-adviser effectively starts performing the investment advisory duties as set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement (the "Effective Date").
