Effective Service. A Notice is given or served: (a) if delivered by hand, upon delivery; (b) if in the form of a letter sent by prepaid post, three days (eight days if sent from one country to another country) after the date on which it was sent; and (c) if by email, when the recipient acknowledges receipt of the Notice by return email to the sender (other than by automatic acknowledgment sent by the recipient's server).
