Elected Representatives. ▪ Selection Process A democratic selection process will be used to recruit PPF HC representatives and deputy representatives. A process has been agreed to support this (Appendix 2) ▪ Term of Office The term of office for PPF HC representatives will be 3 years, however if a PPF HC representative cannot for any reason continue within the role for the appointed 3 years, it would be desirable if they could give three months notice to the PPF HC.   • Designated Representative Except as provided in Section 2.4 of this Agreement, in the event that a Member is unable to make decisions, Company or Company Contractors will attempt to contact the Member’s Designated Representative for the purposes of making decisions on behalf of Member in regards to any items or services set forth in this Agreement.
