Common use of Electronic Interfaces Clause in Contracts

Electronic Interfaces. The Parties shall work cooperatively in the implementation of electronic gateway access to VERIZON Operational Support Systems (OSS) functions in the long-term in accordance with established industry standards. SPRINT should refer to the GTE Guide for the current OSS capabilities. 3.5.1 The Parties agree that the Joint Settlement Agreement (“JSA”) entered into between the Parties, and as reflected in California Public Utilities Commission Decision Number ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇, shall govern any change management principles applicable to changes in the OSSs included in Decision Number ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇. 3.5.2 All costs and expenses for any new or modified electronic interfaces exclusively to meet SPRINT requirements that VERIZON determines are different from what is Currently Available will be paid by SPRINT, if VERIZON agrees to provide such new or modified interfaces. 3.5.3 SPRINT shall be responsible for modifying and connecting any of its pre-ordering and ordering systems with VERIZON provided interfaces as described in the GTE Guide.
