All interested Offerors are required to register as a “supplier” on the City’s E-bid System at the above web address and clicking on “Supplier Registration.” Registration provides automatic access to the solicitation and its documents (specifications, attachments, exhibits), and for any changes to the solicitation including change(s) to the submission time and date.
