Eligibility to be considered. FOR REAPPOINTMENT FOR MEMBERS WITH PREVIOUS LIMITED TERM SERVICE III.6.3.2.1 A member with previous combined limited term service within the bargaining unit of one (1) year or less, who is granted a probationary appointment, shall follow the eligibility conditions as set out in III.6.3.1. III.6.3.2.2 A member with previous combined limited term service within the bargaining unit of between one (1) and five (5) years, who is granted a probationary appointment, shall be considered for reappointment and tenure according to the provisions in III.7.3.5.
