ELIGIBLE MODELS/REQUIRED OPTIONS FOR ORDER AND DELIVERY Clause Samples

The 'Eligible Models/Required Options for Order and Delivery' clause defines which specific product models and mandatory features or configurations are available for purchase and shipment under the agreement. In practice, this clause lists the approved models that a buyer can order, along with any required options or add-ons that must be included with each order, such as safety packages or technology upgrades. Its core function is to ensure that both parties are clear on what products and configurations are covered by the contract, thereby preventing misunderstandings or disputes about what can be ordered and delivered.
