Email Signature. Any Party may deliver its signature to this Agreement or any Notice or other document described in this Agreement or relating to the Company or a Property by email transmission to the proper recipient. Any document signed by a Party by pdf email transmission and reasonably believed by the recipient to have been sent by or on behalf of that Party shall (a) be binding upon and fully enforceable against that Party as though it had delivered a manually-signed counterpart to the recipient, (b) be accepted by any Court as equivalent to a manually-signed counterpart for purposes of any evidentiary rule and (c) no Party will object to the effectiveness or validity of such email signature.
