Embedded Products Sample Clauses

The Embedded Products clause defines the terms under which a party may incorporate or integrate one product, component, or technology into another product for resale or distribution. Typically, this clause outlines the permissions, restrictions, and obligations related to embedding, such as licensing requirements, branding, support responsibilities, and any limitations on modification or redistribution. Its core practical function is to clarify the rights and responsibilities of both parties when products are combined, thereby preventing disputes over intellectual property use and ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms.
