Emergency Call. In An employee who has left the plant and is called in by the Company to perform work shall receive not less than four (4) hours pay at base hourly rate or pay at one and one‐half (1‐1/2) times base hourly rate, as overtime pay for such work performed, whichever is greater. If the work is performed on a day observed as a holiday, which the employee was not scheduled to work this guarantee, shall be in addition to holiday pay.
