Emergency Call. The City agrees to pay employees who are called during off-duty hours for emergency call for a minimum of four (4) hours Premium pay even though the emergency may not require four (4) hours time. Whenever an employee is unexpectedly called back to work following the termination of his or her normal work shift he/she shall receive a guarantee of a minimum of four (4) hours premium pay.
