Emergency Overtime. The above provisions of this Article apply only to regularly scheduled overtime. The following provisions apply only to emergency overtime: 1. Each segment or venue shall maintain an emergency overtime roster, to be used in cases when it is necessary to assign employees to overtime on an emergency basis.
