Common use of EMERGENCY PLANNING Clause in Contracts

EMERGENCY PLANNING. a. As part of the Interim Facilities Solution, no later than September 1 of each school year, the Charter School’s principals and District’s principals at ▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇ shall negotiate and finalize site security plans that specify how each Site will respond in the case of natural or other emergency or in the case of student injury requiring access by emergency services personnel including fire, ambulance or police. The plan shall at a minimum require notification of office personnel at the corresponding facility as soon as possible. b. No later than September 1 of the first school year for which BCS receives use of the Allocation, the Charter School will inform the district of its site security plans in the case of natural or other emergency or in the case of student injury requiring access by emergency services personnel including fire, ambulance or police. c. Nothing herein limits the Charter School’s sole responsibility for the safety of students enrolled in the Charter School as set forth in Section 18, above.
