Common use of Emergency Preparedness Clause in Contracts

Emergency Preparedness. All residents are advised to have an emergency plan. The university does not maintain supply kits and as such, each resident should maintain an emergency supply kit consisting of a first aid kit, a three-day supply of water, non-perishable food, battery-operated radio and flashlight, extra batteries, gloves, and medications.
