  • What Will Happen After We Receive Your Letter When we receive your letter, we must do two things:

  • Restrictions on the Use of the Beat Licensee hereby agrees and acknowledges that it is expressly prohibited from taking any action(s) and from engaging in any use of the Beat or New Song in the manners, or for the purposes, set forth below: a. The rights granted to Licensee are NON-TRANSFERABLE and that Licensee may not transfer or assign any of its rights hereunder to any third-party; b.
