Common use of Enclosures Clause in Contracts

Enclosures. Licensee shall not place Pedestals, Vaults, and/or other Enclosures on or within four (4) feet of any Pole or other Town Facilities without Town’s prior written permission. If permission is granted, all such installations shall be per the Applicable Standards. The Town shall not unreasonably withhold such permission.
