Encroachment Permit Coordination. ▇▇▇▇ and its subconsultants will obtain separate encroachment permits from the County and Caltrans for work within their respective rights of way. Separate individual encroachment permits will be obtained for each work task, including field surveying, geotechnical explorations, utility explorations/potholing, aerial videography, and other work needed for completion of the project design. It is understood that fees for the above permits will be waived by the County and Caltrans, and that the Caltrans parent/double permit process will not be used.
