End User Assistance. Client shall be responsible for providing assistance and support to its End Users concerning setup tasks and the ongoing use of the FinanceWorks Service. FIS or its third party service provider (“Third Party Service Provider”) may provide secondary support to assist End Users in troubleshooting any access issues with the FinanceWorks Service.
