Ending Your Tenancy. You must give a minimum of four weeks’ notice in writing. If we receive written notice from you, your tenancy will end on the expiry of the notice period, unless otherwise agreed with us in writing. All tenancies end on a Sunday. All keys must be handed in to Housing Services no later than 12 noon on the day after the end of the tenancy.
