ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE Sample Clauses
The ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE clause outlines the responsibilities and standards for the upkeep and technical management of equipment, facilities, or systems covered by the agreement. It typically specifies who is responsible for performing regular maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, and may set requirements for compliance with industry standards or manufacturer recommendations. This clause ensures that all relevant assets remain in good working order, minimizing downtime and reducing the risk of failures or safety issues.
ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE. 65.1. Each LNP provider will monitor and perform effective maintenance through testing and the performance of proactive maintenance activities such as routine testing, development of and adherence to appropriate network trouble isolation processes and periodic review of operational elements for translations, routing and network faults.
65.2. It will be the responsibility of the Parties to ensure that the network is stable and maintenance and performance levels are maintained in accordance with state commission requirements. It will be the responsibility of the Parties to perform fault isolation in their network before involving other providers.
65.3. Additional engineering and maintenance requirements shall apply as specified in this Agreement or the Implementation Plan.
ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE. Sprint and CLEC will cooperate to ensure that performance of trunking and signaling capacity is engineered and managed at levels which are at Parity with that provided by Sprint to its end users and to ensure effective maintenance testing through activities such as routine testing practices, network trouble isolation processes and review of operational elements for translations, routing and network fault isolation.
ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE. Each LNP provider will monitor and perform effective maintenance through testing and the performance of proactive maintenance activities such as routine testing, development of and adherence to appropriate network trouble isolation processes and periodic review of operational elements for translations, routing and network faults.
ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE. Both Parties will cooperate to ensure that performance of trunking and signaling capacity is engineered and managed at levels which are at least at parity with that provided by the other Party to its subscribers and to ensure effective maintenance testing through activities such as routine testing practices, network trouble isolation processes and review of operational elements for translations, routing and network fault isolation. Additional specific engineering and maintenance requirements shall apply as specified in this Agreement. For subscribers ported by INP using RCF, Flex DID, or RI, the Ported-to Party shall perform appropriate testing to isolate trouble prior to referring repair requests to the Porting Party. For subscribers ported by PNP, trouble shooting by the Porting Party shall generally involve verification that a proper location routing number has been entered into the system, and other trouble shooting as may be established in industry guidelines.
ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE. (a) U S WEST and CO-PROVIDER will cooperate to ensure that performance of trunking and signaling capacity is engineered and managed at levels which are at least the same level of service as provided by U S WEST to its subscribers and to ensure effective maintenance testing through activities such as routine testing practices, network trouble isolation processes and review of operational elements for translations, routing and network fault isolation.
(b) Additional specific engineering and maintenance requirements shall apply as specified in this Agreement.
ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE. 10.1. 4MCA agrees to provide MTVA with engineering coverage through the availability of at least one engineer on-site or on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the Term. 4MCA agrees to dedicate at least 40 hours per week for the maintenance of the studio, edit and origination Equipment. 4MCA shall provide to MTVA or its designees a weekly schedule in advance showing the engineering coverage, including the names of the engineers and hours to be worked. 4MCA shall keep accurate records of maintenance performed on all Equipment and provide ready access to these records at all times. 4MCA shall provide the following services, which shall include, without limitation:
(a) Routine maintenance of the Equipment: The Equipment shall be tested and maintained in accordance with manufacturers' then current specifications, recommendations and good engineering practice. If no such specifications or recommendations have been issued by the manufacturer, then testing and maintenance shall be performed in accordance with good engineering practice. In all cases of lack of documentation of specifications, 4MCA shall consult with a designee of MTVA as to what course of action should be taken.
ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE. (a) U S WEST and AT&T will cooperate to ensure that performance of trunking and signaling capacity is engineered and managed at levels which are at least the same level of service as provided by U S WEST to its subscribers and to ensure effective maintenance testing through activities such as routine testing practices, network trouble isolation processes and review of operational elements for translations, routing and network fault isolation. _____________________________________ /25/ MCI Order at pg. 3, Issue 13 Part A
(b) Additional specific engineering and maintenance requirements shall apply as specified in this Agreement.
ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE. N2K shall format the WEB SITE content in hypertext markup language, HTML or other language ("HTML pages") (the HTML pages of the WEB SITE hereinafter, the "Web Pages") and develop and/or license the software necessary to (i) link the WEB SITE's Web Pages to N2K's databases and related services, (ii) effectuate secure commercial transactions on the WEB SITE, and (iii) store and display advertisement and/or sponsor messages on the WEB SITE. N2K shall store the WEB SITE on its servers, and provide and maintain the technical systems through which the WEB SITE shall be accessed via the Internet.
ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE. N2K shall (i) link the WEBSITE to N2K's databases and related services, and (ii) operate the WEB SITE as heretofore described above. N2K shall store the WEB SITE on its servers, and provide and maintain the technical systems through which the WEB SITE shall be accessed via the Internet. N2K shall be solely responsible for the operation of the WEB SITE and will bear the cost of the aforementioned WEB SITE design and development, including, without limitation, HTML formatting, software development and software licensing, subject to the provisions of section 5(b) below.
ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE. BA and Sprint will cooperate with the objective that the performance of trunking and signaling capacity shall be engineered and managed at Parity. Additional specific engineering and maintenance requirements shall apply as specified in this Agreement.
