Common use of Engineering Support Clause in Contracts

Engineering Support. NSI agrees to provide Registrar with reasonable engineering telephone support (between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. local Herndon, Virginia time or at such other times as may be mutually agreed upon) to address engineering issues arising in connection with Registrar's use of the System.
