Engineers Services and Responsibilities. 1. The ENGINEER’s services shall consist of those services performed by the ENGINEER and ENGINEER’s employees and ENGINEER’s consultants as enumerated in Articles II, III and Attachment A of this Agreement. 2. The ENGINEER’s services shall be performed in a manner which is consistent with professional skill and care and the orderly progress of the work. The ENGINEER represents that he/she will follow the standards of his/her profession in performing all services under this Agreement. Upon request of the DISTRICT, the ENGINEER shall submit for the DISTRICT’s approval a schedule for the performance of the ENGINEER’s services. The schedule may be adjusted as the PROJECT proceeds by mutual written agreement of the parties and shall include allowances for time required for the DISTRICT’s review and for approval by authorities having jurisdiction over the PROJECT. The time limits established by this schedule shall not, except for reasonable cause, be exceeded by the ENGINEER. 3. The schematic design, design development and construction document services covered by this agreement shall be completed and submitted to the Division of the State ENGINEER for review and approval on or before Date.
