Enrollment Preferences. The School shall not impose enrollment preferences, except as approved by the Commission, pursuant to Sec. 302D-34, HRS. Any enrollment preferences shall be included in the admissions policy and procedures, as described in Section 5.2.

(1) students who were enrolled in the Charter school in the prior year, and (2) applicants who have siblings who are presently enrolled in the Charter School and who were enrolled in the Charter school in the prior year and (3) the Charter School shall give preference in the lottery to students who reside within the District.
