Common use of Enterprise Support Clause in Contracts

Enterprise Support. Accounts enrolled in AWS Managed Services will receive Enterprise-level Premium Support at no additional cost, subject to the following limitations: a. All support services may be provided directly by AWS Managed Services personnel. b. AWS Managed Services customers will not receive training discounts or credits unless they are entitled to such credits under a separate agreement. c. If AWS Managed Services is enabled on an evaluation basis, AWS Managed Services Evaluation Accounts will not receive Enterprise- level Premium Support during the evaluation period.
