Cerbos will provide webchat support for Customer’s support requests (“Support Request”) – web chat between 09:00 and 18:00 London time on weekdays, excluding English Bank and Public Holidays (“Business Hours”). In addition, Cerbos may provide the ability to log support requests within the SLA Services.
