Common use of Entire Appendix Clause in Contracts

Entire Appendix. This Appendix constitutes the entire understanding of the parties with respect to Support Services and will supersede all previous and contemporaneous communications, representations or understandings, either oral or written, between the parties relating to Support Services and will not be contradicted or supplemented by any prior course of dealing between the parties.
