Entire Subscription Sample Clauses

Entire Subscription. This Subscription constitutes the sole and entire agreement of the Parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings and agreements, both written and oral, regarding such subject matter. The Parties acknowledge and agree that if there is any conflict between the terms and conditions of this Subscription and the terms and conditions of any Change Order, the terms and conditions of this Subscription shall supersede and control unless the Change Order expressly states that the terms and conditions of such Change Order shall control. The terms and conditions of this Subscription shall prevail over any terms or conditions contained in any other documentation and expressly exclude any terms and conditions contained in any purchase order or other document issued by Customer. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of this Subscription and the terms and conditions of any purchase order or any other document issued by Customer, the terms and conditions of this Subscription shall prevail.
