Entry Conditions. Notwithstanding paragraph 9.03(a), entry is conditioned upon Landlord:
Entry Conditions. Notwithstanding Sections 14,1, 14.2 or 14.3, entry is conditioned on Landlord using reasonable efforts to cause the least practical interference to Tenant’s business. Landlord shall be liable for any damage caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or any of the Landlord Group (as hereinafter defined) in exercising the rights under this Article 14, and not otherwise covered by Tenant’s insurance or the insurance Tenant is required to carry under this Lease. Landlord acknowledges that Tenant’s business operations involve the use of highly sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information, and that it is imperative that Landlord and its agents, consultants, contractors or any prospective tenant or broker (collectively, the “Landlord Group”) be accompanied by an authorized agent of Tenant during any entry onto the Premises by the Landlord Group, except in an emergency. Because of the sensitive nature of Tenant’s business operations, it may not be possible to provide ready access to the Landlord Group to every part of the Premises at any given time. Landlord shall cooperate with all reasonable requests of Tenant in entering the Premises.
Entry Conditions. Notwithstanding Section 12.03(a), entry is conditioned upon Landlord:
(i) giving Tenant at least twenty-four (24) hours advance notice, except in an emergency;
(ii) promptly finishing any work for which it entered; and
(iii) causing the least practical interference to Tenant's business.
Entry Conditions a) Each country that is a member organisation of the WDC is entitled to send two couples to compete (rule 3.2.3).
b) Entries must be completed by the member organisations, not the couples, and returned to the WDC Competitive Dance Office. All entries will be forwarded from the WDC Competitive Dance Office.
c) Open entries are permitted from any currently Registered WDC couple. Registrations must be checked & approved by the WDC Competitive Dance Office.

Each notice given as provided in Section 10.4 shall disclose the scope and estimated duration of the entry. If such scope or duration changes, additional notice shall be given. Any required telephonic notice shall be given at the telephone numbers specified in Section 20.4 (or at such other number or relevant local office number that ▇▇▇ and SRP may from time to time specify).

PG&E, from time to time by written notice to ---------------- ▇▇▇, may specify additional entry conditions or requirements arising out of the PG&E relationship with a particular land owner, including, without limitation, prior telephone notice to the land owner, no entry unless accompanied by PG&E personnel, and entry only through a specific route. ELI's right of entry to the Towers, the Substation Sites and the Right of Way is further subject to the conditions that: (a) ▇▇▇ shall comply with PG&E's established safety rules, a copy of which is attached to and incorporated by reference in this Agreement as Exhibit "D," when working around the Towers, cables or other elements of the PG&E electric power transmission system; and (b) ▇▇▇ shall indemnify PG&E with respect to such entry as further provided in Section 15.2 of this Agreement. If entry by ▇▇▇ is scheduled to last more than one consecutive day, a single telephone notice describing the scope and duration of the entry shall be sufficient notice. If such scope or duration changes, additional notice consistent with the requirements of Section 2.8 shall be given.

PG&E, from time to time by written notice to IPN, may specify additional reasonable and necessary entry conditions or requirements, including, but not limited to, no entry unless accompanied by PG&E personnel, and entry only through a specific route. IPN’s right of entry to the PG&E Facilities and Right of Way is further subject to the conditions that: (a) IPN shall comply with PG&E’s established safety rules, a copy of which is attached to and incorporated by reference in this Agreement as Exhibit J, when working around the towers, electric cables or other elements of the PG&E electric power distribution and transmission system; (b) IPN shall comply with any conditions legally imposed by the owner of the property on which the Right of Way is located; and (c) IPN shall indemnify PG&E with respect to such entry as further provided in Section 15.2 of this Agreement. If entry by IPN is scheduled to last more than one consecutive day, a single telephone notice describing the scope and duration of the entry shall be sufficient notice.
Entry Conditions. ▇▇▇, from time to time by written notice to FOCAS, may specify additional entry conditions or requirements relating to a Right of Way License arising out of the relationship of a Utility Company with a particular land owner, including, without limitation, prior telephone notice to the land owner, no entry unless accompanied by the applicable Utility Company's personnel, and entry only through a specific route. FOCAS's right of entry to the Towers, the Substation Sites and the Right of Way subject to a Right of Way License is further subject to the conditions that: (a) FOCAS shall comply with each Utility Company's established safety rules, copies of which are attached to and incorporated by reference in this Agreement as Exhibit "G," when working around the Towers, cables or other elements of the Utility Companies' electric power transmission system; and (b) FOCAS shall indemnify ▇▇▇ with respect to such entry as further provided in Section 13.1 of this Agreement. If entry by FOCAS is scheduled to last more than one consecutive day, a single telephone notice describing the scope and duration of the entry shall be sufficient notice. If such scope or duration changes, additional notice consistent with the requirements of Section 2.11 shall be given.
Entry Conditions. 13. Entry of new RTE cereal producers into the relevant markets is difficult, and would not be timely, likely or sufficient to prevent anticompetitive effects.
