ENVIRONMENTAL INITIATIVES:. A. The Concessionaire shall operate the Properties in an environmentally responsible manner. Where practical, the Concessionaire will implement and utilize energy efficient policies, procedures, and products. The Concessionaire shall not use Styrofoam products including cups, plates or take-out containers and shall provide alternatives to plastic products when practical including biodegradable, bamboo, or other environmentally approved straws and swizzle straws at the facilities.

B. The Properties included as part of this lease is currently operated as a certified Ohio Clean Marina. The Concessionaire shall take all necessary steps and be responsible for any costs associated with becoming a certified Ohio Clean Marina Operator by no later than May 1, 2025 and continue to operate as an Ohio Clean Marina throughout the term of this Lease.
ENVIRONMENTAL INITIATIVES:. Access, temporary occupancy and other rights reasonably necessary to comply with environmental initiatives and/or policies of City, local, state and federal agencies or the Harbor Department, provided that the exercise of such rights do not materially interfere with the Permitted Uses.

1. Recycling: Our policy is to recycle everything that can be recycled.
2. Energy Efficiency Practices: We are an energy efficiency consulting company. We promote, educate and practice energy efficiency.
3. Environmentally Preferred: We are stewards for promoting sustainability and environmentally friendly best practices
4. Water/Energy Conservation: Our detailed Energy Audits include Water Conservation. Our office uses low-flow fixtures.
5. Air Quality/Emissions: All our projects reduce green-house gases for our customers. We have reduced thousands of metric tons of Carbon Dioxide by reducing facilities' energy footprint by 40-60%. We use only fuel-efficient and hybrid vehicles. We promote a reduction in the use of fossil fuels. Our office is powered by 100% green energy. 6. Disposal Practices: Our sub-contractors are encouraged to recycle materials that can be recycled. Fluorescent tubes and mercury are disposed of using Universal Waster Handlers to dispose of properly.
ENVIRONMENTAL INITIATIVES:. Landlord shall have the right, but not obligation, to implement any environmental initiatives that it deems prudent, acting reasonably. Tenant shall take all reasonable steps to comply with such initiatives, including, but not limited to, accumulating and reporting on usage or other data as required by Landlord. The obligations of the parties hereto pursuant to Schedule 10 hereof shall form a part of this Lease.
ENVIRONMENTAL INITIATIVES:. Client encourages all of its suppliers to implement and adhere to environmentally beneficial policies and practices. Accenture shall use commercially reasonable efforts to implement environmentally beneficial practices specific to its industry that meet at least the minimum standard (if any) recommended for its industry. Upon Client’s reasonable request, Accenture will provide Client with written information on its environmental policies and procedures.
ENVIRONMENTAL INITIATIVES:. 26.3.1 The Landlord will take reasonable steps to implement environmentally sustainable initiatives aimed at reducing the Building’s environmental footprint. These initiatives may include energy-efficient lighting, water-saving measures, and recycling programs.
26.3.2 The Tenant will cooperate with the Landlord and grant reasonable access to the Premises for the purpose of implementing environmental initiatives.
ENVIRONMENTAL INITIATIVES: micro-energy generation; - reduced waste to landfill; - recycling of eligible materials; - reduced water consumption; - managing business mileage.
