Evaluation of Corrective Measure Alternatives. All alternatives must meet the corrective action standards before the remedy decision factors are used for further evaluation. The corrective action standards are as follows: ➢ Be protective of human and health and the environment; ➢ Attain media cleanup standards; ➢ Control the source(s) of releases; and ➢ Comply with any applicable federal, state, and local standards for management of waste. The remedy selection decision factors are as follows: ➢ Short- and Long-term effectiveness; ➢ Reduction of toxicity, mobility and/or volume; ➢ Long-term reliability; ➢ Implementability; and ➢ Cost.

  • Corrective Measures If the Participating Generator fails to meet or maintain the requirements set forth in this Agreement and/or the CAISO Tariff, the CAISO shall be permitted to take any of the measures, contained or referenced in the CAISO Tariff, which the CAISO deems to be necessary to correct the situation.

  • Implementation of Corrective Action Plan After the Corrective Action Plan is finalized, the Purchasers shall use reasonable best efforts to implement the finalized Corrective Action Plan on the timeline set forth therein and provide periodic reports (as provided for therein) to the Sellers on the status of their implementation of the Corrective Action Plan.

  • Technical Feasibility of String While ICANN has encouraged and will continue to encourage universal acceptance of all top-­‐level domain strings across the Internet, certain top-­‐level domain strings may encounter difficulty in acceptance by ISPs and webhosters and/or validation by web applications. Registry Operator shall be responsible for ensuring to its satisfaction the technical feasibility of the TLD string prior to entering into this Agreement.
