Evaluation Procedures Review of Procedures. At the commencement of each school year, the superintendent, the building principal and/or supervisor shall advise employees in the building of the evaluation procedures and instrument(s). New employees hired during the school year shall also be advised of the evaluation procedures within thirty days of hire date.
