Non-Certified. Substitute Teachers who are approved for a term contract shall be paid at the Certificate II rate.
Non-Certified. 1. Employees shall be formally evaluated each year. An employee shall not grieve his or her evaluative rating under Article III – Grievance Procedure.
Non-Certified teaching personnel will be laid off first in order of ascending seniority unless there are no certified teachers who are qualified and available to perform the duties of the position the non-certified teacher is vacating.
Non-Certified. The hourly wage schedule for non-certified employees is attached as Appendix 1B –2B. For the term of this agreement, non-certified employees will receive a vertical step each year based on the hourly wage schedule. In addition, 2.75% shall be added to the base wage in the 2021-2022 school year and 2.25% shall be added to the base salary in the 2022-2023 school year.
1. If legislation is enacted that would cause the Board to pay additional monies to IMRF for salary enhancements beyond 6% of the previous year’s salary, an employee participating in IMRF with fifteen (15) or more years of experience as acknowledged by the IMRF regulations, will be limited to a total increase on his/her creditable earnings of 6%, excluding any exceptions built into the legislation. The total increase will include, but may not be limited to, the raise on the base pay, additional work days and/or movement on the salary schedule due to additional experience or academic credit.

Non-Certified. All employees of the Board in the following job classifications:
a. Cafeteria Personnel
b. Custodial Personnel
c. Maintenance Personnel
d. Warehouse Personnel
e. Secretarial Personnel
f. Aides Personnel
Non-Certified. A. NON-CERTIFIED EMPLOYEES shall be eligible for the following temporary non-accumulative leaves of absence with full pay each school year with the prior approval of the Superintendent of Schools, or his designated representatives. Application to the Superintendent for temporary leave shall be made at least one day before taking such leave (except in case of emergency).
1. Up to five (5) days at any one time in the event of the death of an EMPLOYEE’S spouse, father, mother, child, brother, sister, mother-in-law, father-in-law.
2. One (1) day per school year in the event of death of any other relative outside the immediate family as defined above.
Non-Certified. Non-certified staff required to attend any evening activity which is not part of their normal work shift shall, at their option, earn either time-and-a-half for the actual time spent attending such activity or a minimum of two hours compensatory time. This choice shall be made by the employee prior to the employee's attendance at the activity. If the non-certified employee opts for compensatory time, said compensatory time will be used consistent with the provisions and limitations of paragraph C.

The wage schedule also provides for $0.54/hour for each year of experience beyond the wage schedule for the 2023-2024 school year, $0.54/hour for each year of experience beyond the wage schedule for the 2024-2025 school year, and $0.54/hour for each year of experience beyond the wage schedule for the 2025-2026 school year. Additionally, one step shall be added to all lanes of the wage schedule for the 2023-2024 school year, one step shall be added to all lanes of the wage schedule for the 2024-2025 school year, and one step shall be added to all lanes of the wage schedule for the 2025-2026 school year.
