Event Analysis. Within four hours from the time the Product logs an APT Event, FireEye analysts will begin analysis of Customer’s Covered Systems and network traffic (if applicable) to confirm the APT Event and determine the severity of the APT Event. If FireEye’s analysts confirm the APT Event (i.e., analysts determine that the event is not a false positive or otherwise not required to be reported), then within one (1) hour of the time FireEye’s analysts make that determination, FireEye’s analysts will deliver to the ▇▇▇▇ Portal a ▇▇▇▇ Report providing detailed background analysis of the reported APT Event, including background about FireEye’s intelligence gathered about the APT group associated with the APT Event (if applicable), and providing recommendations for next steps. FireEye will deliver a ▇▇▇▇ Report of any APT Event no later than twenty-four hours from the time the Product logged the APT Event, even if FireEye’s analysts have not yet determined whether the APT Event is a false positive or otherwise not required to be reported .
