Excessing & Interviewing. When a school is determined to be “fresh started”, all the employees of this bargaining unit at that site shall be considered excessed. The “fresh start” shall fill these positions based on interviews with the ability to select any of these candidates.

Informational Meetings: Informational meetings will be held to insure that Educational Support Professionals will receive information to make an informed decision about whether or not they wish to apply based on their training and/or experience with the new model.
