Interview Expenses Clause Samples
The Interview Expenses clause defines the terms under which costs related to candidate interviews are handled. Typically, this clause specifies which party—such as the employer or the candidate—is responsible for expenses like travel, accommodation, or meals incurred during the interview process. For example, it may state that the company will reimburse reasonable travel costs for out-of-town candidates. The core function of this clause is to clarify financial responsibilities, thereby preventing misunderstandings and ensuring transparency regarding interview-related expenditures.
