Common use of Exclusion List Clause in Contracts

Exclusion List. No later than 7 days after the Objection and Exclusion Deadline, the Settlement Administrator shall provide Class Counsel and Defendant’s Counsel with a list of all persons and entities who have timely and validly excluded themselves from the Settlement. The Exclusion List shall be filed with the Court as part of the Motion for Final Approval.
