Common use of Exclusion List Clause in Contracts

Exclusion List. No later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the Response Deadline, the Settlement Administrator shall provide Settlement Class Counsel and Defendant’s Counsel with a list of all persons and entities who have timely and validly excluded themselves from the settlement. The exclusion list shall be filed with the Court as part of Plaintiff’s motion for entry of the Final Approval Order and Final Judgment.
